Lieutenant Normal Hikmet Mirzayev, Deputy Minister of Protection and Commander of the Azerbaijani Floor Forces, has been awarded the rank of Colonel Normal by a decree from the pinnacle of state.
It’s value noting that for a few years, together with through the conflict, Mirzayev was the commander of the Particular Forces. His subordinates performed a decisive position in Azerbaijan’s victory. Mirzayev was the one who developed and efficiently executed the operation to liberate the town of Shusha.
Later, Mirzayev was appointed Deputy Minister of Protection, and it’s anticipated that he’ll seemingly assume the place of Minister of Protection sooner or later.
