On 18 June, a contract for buy of CAESAR self-propelled artillery items by Yerevan was signed in Paris. This was introduced by French Armed Forces Minister Sebastien Lecornu on his Twitter account.

“We proceed to strengthen our defence relations with Armenia. A heat and productive dialog with my Armenian counterpart Suren Papikyan passed off within the framework of “Eurosatory”. A brand new necessary milestone is the signing of a contract for buy of CAESAR cannons,” Lecornu wrote.
