On October 24, the European Courtroom of Human Rights (ECHR) introduced 5 choices relating to 17 purposes from Azerbaijan. In all circumstances, violations of the candidates’ rights had been totally or partially acknowledged.
The ECHR dominated that the legal prosecution of journalist Seymur Khazi for hooliganism was illegal. Khazi was arrested in August 2014 and sentenced to 5 years in jail.
