Choose Juan Merchan has rejected one more try by former President Donald Trump to delay his felony hush cash trial set to start in New York on Monday.

Merchan issued an order Friday denying a movement from Trump’s attorneys to delay the trial because of extreme pretrial publicity. The ruling is hardly a shock, and the newest in a sequence of choices by the courts this week rejecting Trump’s eleventh hour makes an attempt to cease his first felony trial.
