Bryan Kohberger, suspect in Idaho killings, wasn’t close to scene of crime, courtroom submitting says

Kohberger was driving south of Pullman, Washington, and west of Moscow, Idaho, “as he usually did to hike and run and/or see the moon and stars,” his legal professional says within the doc. The 2 cities are about 10 miles aside.

Extra data on Kohberger’s location shall be shared after prosecutors present discovery proof beforehand requested, the doc says.

Because of a wide-ranging gag order, prosecutors, protection legal professionals, and attorneys for victims’ households and witnesses are prohibited from saying something publicly, other than what’s already within the public file.
