On September 11, the Baku Courtroom of Enchantment heard the enchantment of Hafiz Babali, the economics editor at Turan Information Company, towards the newspaper “Iki Sahil.” The enchantment was filed in response to a Could 13 choice by the Khatai District Courtroom, which rejected Babali’s lawsuit towards the newspaper. The lawsuit was initiated attributable to unfounded accusations and defamation printed by the newspaper in an article dated December 28, 2023. The article claimed that “Hafiz Babali had established contacts with overseas funds and carried out investigations and ready articles on their behalf.”
